The Banner|Aetna network in the greater Phoenix, Casa Grande and Tucson areas (Maricopa, Pinal and Pima counties) and Tucson area (Pima county) includes the doctors and hospitals of Banner Health and Honor Health, and a group of individual physicians aligned with Banner Health. We call this the Performance Network. Physician groups include, but are not limited to, Banner Medical Group, Innovation Care Partners Iora Health, and others.
To search for providers, click the Find a Doctor link below. Then, enter your zip code in the "Continue as a guest" section on the right side of the page. Select "Banner HMO/Open Access HMO" under the "Banner Network (Performance)" section, and then search for a provider.
